We are planning to merge and relocate our NHS Surgery to Grand Union Medical Centre 209 Harrow Road, London, W2 5EH located 0.7 miles away from our practice. Provisionally, this is due on 17th September 2018,  subject to patient engagement and feedback.

 This merger will provide patients with better access to more medical facilities and a better service as detailed in the letter sent you in July 2018.

 Please give us your comments and feedback on the proposed merger via email at or pick a copy of the feedback slip at the practice.  

We have added additional dates for patient engagement sessions as follows:

Thursday 26th July from 2pm - 4pm

Thursday 9th August from 9am - 12 noon

Tuesday 14th August from 2pm - 8pm

The Patient Participation Group Meeting in September was a great success.Please join our patient group and help us shape the future of your healthcare service at Bayswater Medical Centre, Your views matter. and our group is going from strength to strength.We are committed to improve to a higher standard the care we provide. The next group meeting will be on Tuesday 6th December2016 at 16.00pm.

We also know have a commuter clinic which is aimed at offering late evening appointments for patients that cannot visit us at other times due to work commitments. These commuter Clinics will be every Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. You can also have a consultation with our NHS health trainer onsite every week.
